Terms of service

1. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery

1.1

Contracts on www.hey-honey.com are concluded in German or English. You can select your preferred language via the language selection in the website header or in your customer account settings. When purchasing Hey Honey products, your contractual partner is Warrior GmbH, Dorfstraße 7, 21398 Neetze, Germany.

1.2

By clicking the button “Buy now”, “Purchase” or “Complete payment”, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email without delay. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that delivery will only take place after full payment has been received. Payment must be made immediately, at the latest within 7 days after receiving the confirmation.

1.3

You agree to the assignment of the seller’s payment claims to third parties, in particular to Warrior GmbH.

1.4

If you choose to offset the CO₂ footprint of your order, this option becomes part of the contract. The contribution will be displayed before completing your order.

1.5

In exceptional cases, we may not be obliged to deliver if we have properly ordered the goods but were not supplied correctly or on time, provided that we are not responsible. In such cases, you will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.

1.6

We do not assume any procurement risk, even for goods described only by type and characteristics. Our obligation to deliver applies only while stock lasts or if we have been properly supplied by our suppliers. Deliveries are made within Germany and, upon request, to Europe or worldwide. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.7

The estimated delivery time is indicated on the respective product detail page and before placing your order.

2. Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Conditions

2.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of order apply. All prices include the applicable German VAT. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

2.2 Shipping Costs

Germany: Free shipping from €69; otherwise €5.90
EU: Free shipping from €250; otherwise €6.90
United Kingdom (UK): €9.90
Switzerland: €9.90
Rest of the world: €39.49

2.3 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL. Hey Honey is responsible for successful delivery to the customer. If a shipment is damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered by DHL, Hey Honey is liable. Please contact our customer support in such cases.

Exception:
Hey Honey is not liable if the customer has designated a drop-off location (safe place) and thereby granted a delivery authorization. After successful delivery to the specified location, the risk (e.g. theft or loss) transfers to the customer.

2.4 Delivery Times

Germany: 2–5 business days
EU: 7–10 business days
International: up to 14–20 business days

These are approximate delivery times and may vary due to external factors. You can track your shipment via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

2.5 International Shipping

All orders are shipped from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs such as customs duties or taxes may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

2.6 Partial Shipments

Hey Honey does not offer free partial shipments. If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped only once all items are available.
Upon request, a partial shipment can be arranged via customer support for a fee of €5.90.

2.7 Express Shipping

We currently do not offer express shipping.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the goods.

3.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Warrior GmbH, Dorfstraße 7, 21398 Neetze, Germany, via email at contact@hey-honey.com by means of a clear statement.

3.3 Return Conditions

Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. All items must be returned in their original condition:
unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of use or damage (e.g. stains, holes, loose seams).

3.4 Return Costs

Germany: €3.95 deducted from refund
EU, UK, Switzerland: €8 deducted
Rest of the world: return shipping at your own cost + €3.95 handling fee

Please ensure correct customs declarations; returns with unpaid duties cannot be accepted.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

3.6 Incorrect Returns

Returns must be sent exclusively using the return label provided by Hey Honey and to the designated return address.

  • Hey Honey assumes no liability for returns sent without the provided return label or to an incorrect address.
  • Returns sent to the company address will incur additional processing costs of €10, which will be deducted from the refund.

3.7 Third-Party Items (Non-Hey Honey Goods)

If items not purchased from Hey Honey are mistakenly returned:

  • the customer is responsible for providing a prepaid shipping label for their return
  • Hey Honey will charge a processing fee of €10
  • unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after 30 days, following prior notification to the customer

3.8 B-Stock and C-Stock Returns

All returned items are carefully inspected.

If defects are identified (e.g. stains, holes, loose seams), items will be classified as B- or C-stock. If such defects were not reported in advance to customer support, documented with photos, and approved for return, Hey Honey reserves the right to exclude these items from refunds.

4. Loyalty Program / Reward Points

Hey Honey offers a voluntary loyalty program.

  • Reward points can be redeemed once per order, similar to discount codes
  • Reward points or cashback will not be refunded or recredited in the event of returns
  • The loyalty program is a voluntary service. Hey Honey reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
  • Special promotions within the loyalty program may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated separately
