SHOPPING AT HEY HONEY
How can I order at Hey Honey?
Select your desired items in your size and add them to your "Shopping Bag." Once you've made your selections, click on your "Shopping Bag," review your items, and proceed to "Checkout." After entering your billing and shipping address, choose your preferred payment method and place your order.
How can I cancel an order?
To cancel your order, please email us at contact@hey-honey.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to intervene. In this case, please return your order once it's delivered.
How can I change the size of an article after ordering?
You can use our returns portal to request the correct size and send back the original item. Please ensure that you select "different variant" for an exchange. After we receive your return, the chosen size will be sent out automatically to you.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet and you've ordered the wrong size, don't worry! Our team is here to help. Write us an email at contact@hey-honey.com with your order ID and the products that need a size change.
Which size should I choose?
You can find information regarding the size & fit of your desired style in the respective article description. We generally recommend choosing the size you usually wear. Additionally, you can check our size guide.
How can I make sure that I placed my order correctly?
To review your order details, check the order confirmation email we sent you immediately after your order placement.
Where do I find my invoice?
Please check the order confirmation email for your invoice. You can always download the up-to-date version of your invoice there.
How do I take care of my Hey Honey products?
We work hard to provide the best quality for you, but proper care will help your clothes last even longer.

Washing: Machine wash your Hey Honey leggings, bras, tops, or sweat-wear at max. 30°C with similar colors and fabrics. Wash you articles inside out. Avoid using fabric softener or bleach, as they can damage the products or cause colors to fade.

Drying: Do not tumble dry. Hang your clothes to dry naturally; this is more sustainable and better for the fabric. Many of our products are made from quick-dry material, so they'll be ready to wear again soon after washing.
Please note that due to natural dyeing processes, colors can change when drying in harsh sunlight.

We ship our Activewear worldwide.
Where is my order?
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code to monitor the delivery process.
If you've ordered a pre-order item, dispatch usually takes longer. The estimated time is provided in your confirmation email and the product description. Please note that these times are estimates and can change.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. Orders containing in-stock styles processed in Germany will take:

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the value of your order:

Germany: Free shipping for orders over €29.90; €4.90 for orders under €29.90

Rest of the World: €39.49
Please note that all Hey Honey articles are shipped from Germany. If your area is not in the E.U., please note that customs charged may apply. These are non-refundable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags need to be attached.
Return Fees:

Germany: €3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Other EU countries: €8 will be deducted from your refund.
- Rest of the world: You pay your own return postage. €3.95 return fees apply.

Why is there a return fee?
Returns have environmental impacts and involve costs for transportation, processing, and restocking. To ensure a sustainable and fair return process, we apply a small fee to cover these costs. This approach encourages mindful shopping while allowing us to offer fair prices and high-quality service to our customers.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please use our returns portal to select your desired size and send back the original item. Once we receive your return, we'll automatically send out the new size to you.
