STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR HEY HONEY ITEMS

For the purchase of HEY HONEY items, you are entitled to the following statutory and voluntary return rights:

First of all, we would like to inform you that in the case of a return of goods, you can use the return label, which is either enclosed with your order or which you can print out from your customer account. If you do not have a printer, have difficulties downloading the return label, or need a new return label, you can also request one from our Customer Care (contact details below). Please help us to avoid unnecessary costs and do not send the goods back without a return label.

For an easy and automated returns process, please use the returns portal by scanning the QR code on the shipping delivery receipt.

A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Legal 14-Day Period)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

— by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal immediately (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

B. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (in addition to your legal rights)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of receipt of the goods.

This voluntary return right requires that the items are handled with care and returned without excessive signs of use. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise (i.e. in the form of an agreed voucher).

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this voluntary return policy.

C. Return Costs (Label Option)

When using our prepaid return label, the following fees will be deducted directly from your refund:

  • € 3.95 per package for returns within Germany

  • € 8.00 per package for returns from the EU, UK, and Switzerland

If you choose to organize your own return shipment (self-franked), no deduction will be made.
For returns from outside the EU, you are responsible for any postage fees and customs declarations. Hey Honey cannot accept returns with import duty fees.

End of withdrawal notice

Attention: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. Items with deodorant stains or other soiling, as well as damage caused by gross negligence (e.g. torn seams), cannot be accepted and will be charged to you.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
