As Finance & Business Operations Manager you are responsible for the operational and financial engine room of Hey Honey – from the flow of goods and our fulfillment partners and the Shopify store through to liquidity planning. You combine operational management with financial oversight and are the central interface where goods flow and numbers come together.
The position is designed for up to 32 hours per week. You work closely with the management team and product management and make sure that the shop, supply chain and finances run reliably.
Liquidity planning
- Managing our ongoing liquidity planning (Tidely)
- Monitoring all payment flows
- Preparing documents and key figures for tax advisors and financial discussions
Reporting & forecasting
- Creating regular reports and forecasts for the management team
- Providing relevant data for accounting and controlling
Process optimization & automation
- Analyzing existing processes
- Developing more efficient workflows
- Identifying and implementing automation potential
Supply planning & forecasting
- Continuous monitoring of our inventory levels
- Creating demand analyses
- Avoiding out-of-stock situations
Order management
- Creating and managing orders with our suppliers
- Monitoring incoming goods, costs and future inventory levels
Fulfillment management
- Managing and supporting our fulfillment partners
- Ensuring smooth operational processes
Budget & cost controlling
- Planning and monitoring budgets
- Ongoing analysis of costs and savings potential
Shopify shop management
You are responsible for the data quality and commercial management of our Shopify store. This includes, among other things:
- Price and margin maintenance
- Product data and status updates
- Maintaining collections
- Quality control of checkout processes
- Monitoring tracking and data quality as the basis for reporting and controlling
Marketplace support
- Supporting our marketplace activities
- Sound knowledge of liquidity planning, budgeting and cost controlling
- Ideally experience with Tidely and in working with tax advisors or banks
- Experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain or fulfillment, ideally at a modern D2C brand
- Experience managing external partners such as fulfillment providers, logistics or agencies
- Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
- Analytical thinking and a good understanding of key figures, forecasts and inventory levels
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- The ability to prioritize several operational topics in parallel and deliver reliably

As E-Commerce Operations Manager you are responsible for the operational engine room of Hey Honey – from the flow of goods and our fulfillment partners through to our Shopify store.
The position is designed for up to 20 hours per week and is suitable both for part-time employment and for a working student position. You work closely with the management team and product management and make sure that the shop and supply chain run reliably.
Supply planning & forecasting
- Continuous monitoring of our inventory levels
- Creating demand analyses
- Avoiding out-of-stock situations
- Actively managing dead stock
Order management
- Creating and managing orders with our suppliers
- Monitoring incoming goods, costs and future inventory levels
Fulfillment management
- Managing and supporting our fulfillment partners
- Ensuring smooth operational processes
Cost optimization
- Analyzing our fulfillment and warehousing costs
- Selecting efficient shipping solutions
- Identifying savings potential
Shopify shop management
You look after our Shopify store and ensure high data quality. This includes, among other things:
- Product data maintenance
- Price updates
- Status maintenance
- Maintaining collections
- Quality control of checkout processes
- Monitoring tracking and shop functionality
Reporting
- Providing relevant data for accounting and controlling
Marketplace support
- Supporting our marketplace activities
Process optimization & automation
- Analyzing existing processes
- Developing more efficient workflows
- Identifying and implementing automation potential
- Experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain or fulfillment, ideally at a modern D2C brand
- Confident use of Shopify – product data, variants, collections and basic shop configuration are familiar to you
- An understanding of technical relationships in the Shopify ecosystem (programming skills are not required)
- Experience working with fulfillment providers, logistics partners or agencies
- Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
- Analytical thinking and a good understanding of inventory levels, forecasts and costs
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- The ability to prioritize several operational topics in parallel and deliver reliably
