The flattering high rise elasticated waistband accentuates your waist and supports in the comfiest way. Choose the matching bra/bustier for the studio. – Breathable & moisture-wicking performance fabric
– Fabric: 84 % Polyamide, 16% Elastane
– Care: Wash separately! Machine wash max. 30 degrees with like colors, do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After the order was placed, the DHL shipping within Germany will take about 3-5 working days. The dispatch within the European Union takes approximately 7-10 days. Please note these times are estimates and can be impacted by external factors, such as public holidays, strikes, weather, etc. For a detailed update, please use the tracking link provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. 

How much is the shipping?

We ship worldwide.

• Within Germany: Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €69.00. For orders under €89.00, shipping costs of €5.90 apply.
• Free shipping in the EU for orders over €250. Otherwise shipping costs €8.90
  
• Shipping costs to the U.K. and Switzerland are €9.90.
• Shipping to all other countries is €39.49.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Germany. 

Shipping to Switzerland & UK: 

Customers from switzerland can now order from our webshop without any further costs on arrival.

What is the exchange and return policy?

You can return your original and unworn items within 30 days. We will only accept items that still have the original tag attached. Deodorant stains or other soiling as well as damage caused by gross negligence (e.g. torn seams) will not be accepted and will be charged to you. Within Germany, Switzerland, and the E.U. we provide prepaid return labels.

RETURN FEES:

• Germany: €3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

• Other EU countries and Switzerland: €8 will be deducted from your refund.

• Rest of the world: You pay your own return postage. A €3.95 return processing fee applies. Please ensure a proper customs declaration for returns. Hey Honey cannot accept returns with import duties.

The cost of processing of the return will be deducted immediately from the amount to be refunded to you before the refund. If you would like to exchange a product, please use our returns portal.

Once we receive your package, please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be transferred back into your account. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.

Please always keep the receipt with your tracking number.
