Shopping at Hey Honey
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and add items to your Shopping Bag. When you're ready, click the bag icon, review your order, and proceed to Checkout. Enter your billing and shipping address, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.
Email us at contact@hey-honey.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we're unable to stop the shipment — please use our returns portal once it arrives. Please note: cancellations cannot be guaranteed and may take up to 48 hours to process.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at contact@hey-honey.com with your order ID and the size you need. If it's already been dispatched, use our returns portal and select "different variant" — once we receive the return, we'll automatically send out the correct size.
We recommend choosing your usual size. Each product page includes a size & fit description, and you can also consult our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest going up one size as our activewear is designed for a close, supportive fit.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order — this contains all your order details and a downloadable invoice. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@hey-honey.com.
Washing: Machine wash at max. 30°C with similar colors. Turn inside out. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, and avoid washing with rough fabrics like wool or cotton.
Drying: Do not tumble dry. Hang to air dry naturally — our quick-dry fabrics will be ready to wear again in no time. Avoid direct harsh sunlight during drying to prevent colour changes.

Dispatch & Delivery
Hey Honey ships worldwide. All orders are dispatched from Germany. If you're outside the EU, customs charges may apply — these are non-refundable, so we recommend checking your country's import rules beforehand.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. For pre-order items, dispatch may take longer — the estimated timeframe is shown in your confirmation email and on the product page.
Estimated delivery times from our warehouse in Germany:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary. Track your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
We offer free shipping above certain order values:
- Germany: Free for orders over €69 · €5.90 for orders under €69
- European Union: Free for orders over €250 · €8.90 for orders under €250
- UK & Switzerland: €9.90
- Rest of the World: €39.49
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return fees (deducted from refund):
- Germany: €3.95
- Other EU countries: €8.00
- Switzerland & UK: €8.00
- Rest of the World: own postage + €3.95 processing fee
Please note: Hey Honey cannot accept returns with import duties.
Returns involve real costs — transportation, processing, and restocking. Our small return fee helps cover these while keeping our prices fair. It also encourages more mindful purchasing, which is better for the planet and aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
Use our returns portal and select "different variant" to choose your new size. Send the original item back — as soon as we receive it, we'll automatically ship out the replacement. No need to place a new order.
